Found Faces Story

Hello, my name is Drill Srg. Drilster. I specialize in drilling precise holes in metal, wood and also facing off the sides off of uneven pieces of metal. When I was younger I would work in a huge factory where I would preform hard work for long hours but as I got older and younger drill presses started doing more precise job than me I decided to retire. After I retired I was placed into my new home in Newberg High School metal shop class. In there my task was to teach students how to make quality products out of metal. I might be old but I still make pretty darn good metal dice I must add.
After I retired and moved to Newberg High school I also made a new family, a big family. When I got here I've meet allot of other machines like me and over time we got closer and they became my family. Among them are other drill presses with different advantages, bend saws, rotary tables, sanders, grinders and newest addition to our family is CNC and 3d printer. When I first saw 3d printer I couldn't believe what he was making. He was able to make any figure out of plastic and then I realized that new era of manufacturing has started.
Some times when there is not much work to be done with new students I enjoy helping the advanced students to do their project even though I don't get used a lot by them but there are still some things the new machines like CNC can't do that I can. The most exiting project that I like to do with those advanced students is making sterling engines. They have some very interesting parts that I get to drill holes in to. Some other students do their own project which are fun because I don't know what it is until the students assembles it.
One of the advantages of my retirement is that I have allot more free time. During this free time I have discovered a talent that I never knew I had. That talent is making aluminum noodles. You see when you drill something aluminum my drill will shave layer after layer of aluminum creating aluminum noodle. You would thing it is easy but I can guaranty you that if you don't have as much experience as me you wouldn't be able to even make one. To make aluminum noodle you need to have a precise speed at which drill spins and how fast it is pressing down against aluminum. If you got that right you might get yourself a noodle. My noodles are not only the longest in entire U.S. but they also taste amazing. Every time I make them. Everyone in my shop loves them and they are known throughout the country. Now don't ask me for the recipe because after all they are the best and I cant have everyone trying to copy it. Thank you for stopping by and I hope you'll stop by and say hello sometime later.
